Evergreen Farm offers Ranch Horse Clinics, taught by Terry Helder, and Western Dressage Clinics, taught by Peg Helder. These clinics provide expert instruction to both green and experienced horses and riders in a safe and encouraging environment. With over 40 years of experience, Terry has knowledge to share in many disciplines.
Terry specializes in trail, reining and ranch horse events.
He is the co-founder of the Susquehanna Reining Association and the East Coast Ranch Riding Association.
He himself has earned many Regional, State and National titles.
Dedicating his expertise to Novice, Non-Pro and Youth, and through our training program and private instruction, he has coached several students to AQHA Congress, National Titles, High School Rodeo Titles, NBHA, APHA and AQHA World Titles.
Peg Helder has competed for 50 years and has been a trainer and breeder for 40 years. She has earned multiple World & National Championships in several different events as well as many APHA Honor Roll titles. Peg has coached several students to AQHA Congress, National titles, High School Rodeo titles, NBHA, APHA & AQHA World Qualifiers.
Peg has ridden Ima Rock Solid Hobby AKA "Chase" to be the leading Dressage Point Earner in the APHA PAC Program as well as 2013 APHA PAC Honor Roll Leader in the Dressage Division. Riding Chase, Peg was the 2014 NAWD High Score Open Rider.
Peg has a passion to continue sharing years of show experience and knowledge to make a positive impact within the horse industry.
